Where are you from and how long have you been in construction?
I am from Cameroon, Africa and have been in the construction industry for 15 years.
How did you get into this industry?
I studied construction management.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love creating something out of nothing.
What is the biggest challenge about renovating in Virginia?
Sometimes the cold temperatures will cause work to slow down during the winter.
What do you think is the biggest misconception that homeowners have when starting a renovation project?
A misconception homeowners have is that the contractor is unsure about the project or what the outcome of the renovation will be.

What’s the number one thing clients should know before starting a renovation?
A homeowner should always make sure the contractor has the proper licenses needed for their renovation.

What is your favorite project that you’ve done and why?
All projects are my favorites. I get to see the clients loving the end product and that makes this job fulfilling.
What is one piece of advice you would give to new general contractors?
The key to a good job is consistency.
