Bath And Bedroom Renovations In The Bronx

Posted by Tara D. in High Bridge
Brief description

We recently purchased a pre-war co-op that has had the kitchen renovated, but needs to have the bathrooms done as well. We want to update the pumbing fixtures and tile in a full and 1/2 bath, as well as have some work done on closets in 2 bedrooms, in addition to installing ceiling fans in 3 rooms. Would also like to explore refinishing existing interior doors, replacing window trims as needed, and possibly re-working under counter kitchen cabinet to accommodate a wine refrigerator.

From start to finish this team was with us all the way. We started looking for a GC early on, hoping to take our time to find the right firm. On our first phone call and subsequent face to face meeting, I knew they were going to be be the ones I could work with. I trusted them with my home (with our dog on site the whole time) for well over 6 months and could not be happier with the outcome.

Their crew is stellar. The GC, designer, plumber, carpenter, electricians are all highly professional and work hard to get the job done right. We were very pleased that all of the trades who came in had the same work ethic and high quality expectations as the core staff.

At the end of our renovation, when we were in the final stages of finishing, a bathtub 2 floors above us had a major leak, soaking our new bathrooms with water. It was heartbreaking for us to see the ruined paint and drywall, knowing how hard the crew worked to install the bathrooms. This team was the ONLY contractor I wanted to do the repair work and they worked with us to make that happen.
