We are very pleased with the gut renovation of our four-piece bathroom, completed by Aaron and his company. Communication was the most important factor to us in selecting a contractor, and Aaron delivered on all fronts. He prepared his proposal when he said he would (the only contractor out of three to do so), and answered our calls, emails and texts at all times -- even weekends! Although we were out of the city during the majority of the work, Aaron uploaded onto the private portal photos of each day's progress. He was also able to guide us in the design process. He and Jonathan brought samples to our apartment; not once did we need to visit a showroom. We were completely at ease working with this firm, and there was no attempt at upselling or unethical behavior. The completed job is of high quality, and we love and are very happy with the outcome.
As Mentioned, on top of the quality of work, communication and progress updates were excellent. This kind of service really put us at ease since we not living in our apartment during most of the construction.
There was one unexpected issue that occurred during the demo where we found old water damage to the shared walls of our bathroom. This required having to take down walls in rooms that we weren't prepared to have work done in. Since we were away during this part, Aaron's team took care of moving furniture and emptying one of our closets in order to work, which i believe was above and beyond what was expected of them. This issue did cause a delay in our timeline, but Aaron and his team worked hard to try to make up for lost time whenever/however they could.
