Bathroom was recently renovated. We want to take the tub out and replace with just a shower and glass enclosure. It's very slippery and we only take showers.
Scope of work
BATHROOM: take out existing tub (and partial glass enclosure), leaving everything else intact. I have found matching tile to put in area (floor and walls) where the tub is being taken out. I would like a small curb surrounding the shower as well as partial glass enclosures - no door, just an opening. Also install caddies in shower and a magnifying mirror and toilet paper holder elsewhere in bathroom.I will need drawings to be submitted to the board for approval.
CLOSET: make a home office into a closet with shelves and hanging.
BAR: take out and put open shelving in
RADIATOR: make cover for one radiator in bedroom in same style as the one in the living room
He was easy to work with. His workmen are very experienced and do beautiful work.
That was tough. None of us had any idea that the apartment building had a plumbing violation which had not been taken care of. (This meant that we couldn't get an inspection and work was stopped.) This set us back over a month. Supposedly, everyone stayed involved, but New York City apparently moves slow.
The tile - the painting - the carpentry - everything really.
