2-bed 2-bath DowntownPosted by Ana L. in Tribeca
2-bed, 2-bath condo.
Closing in four weeks and looking to begin renovation immediately after.
Outdated; A little worn; Functional but...
Built in the 80s and never renovated
Scope of work
New wood flooring and paint on entire unit.
Complete renovation of kitchen and two bathrooms (full demo and all new fixtures, tiles, cabinets, etc.)
We hired Nick to renovate a fixer-upper we bought in downtown Manhattan. The project included everything: demolition, reconstruction, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tiling, cabinets and doors. All rooms, including bathrooms and kitchen, were renovated from floor to ceiling. They did an excellent job throughout! Nick and Chris are easy to work with from contract to closure. They and their team were very communicative and professional. Most important of all: they were reliable. There were no surprises. It makes something that has the potential of being very stressful much, much easier. This was not our first renovation, so we speak from experience. We recommend them without any reservations. Thanks, guys!
