Turn a L-shaped studio into a one bedroom with lots of closet space, transform a tiny boxed-in kitchen, and perhaps update the bathroom and/or floors.
Large L-shaped studio with boxed-in kitchen, outdated appliances, and (likely) original bathroom fixtures & tiling.
Scope of work
One bedroom with substantial built-in storage/closet system, open or semi-open & updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, and potentially updated bathroom.
I really appreciated that we were able to ask questions and contact them with questions as-needed. If we were unsure about a purchase or decision, it was easy to call or text for an answer or advice.
We did have a semi-significant miscommunication. We were understandably frustrated, but Mark was able to respond and come up with a solution that we found 100% satisfactory almost immediately.
We didn't know what to expect going in to this project. Although it did take a longer than expected (mostly due to weather/building delays outside of their control), I think we were really surprised and pleased that everything came together so well.
