Paul got back to me right away on communications, and seemed pretty up front on what he can/can not do. He did not promise the world.
Couldn't find matching tile, and during the time of work, we sprung a leak on the third floor of our home (not due to contractor). Since his crew was there, the team also scraped and patched walls in our home (for an agreed cost). Vendor that fabricated counter was delayed. Snow storm also got in the way of traveling and us being home. But Paul was upfront about dendor delay (only a couple of days), and he was ok to bump the project since we were home for the snow.
When project was done, I told him that he left some sheetrock behind. He made an extra trip to pick it up, as well as some debris that I had realized was not from Paul and his team.
