Paul and his team did wonderful job renovating our medium size galley kitchen. The whole process went very well - from proposal to completion. We can definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. We would gladly work with Paul again on the future projects. Read Natasha's review

We had a great experience with Paul. He's a good communicator and well organized and he did a great job on our relatively small renovation. Would happily work with him again. Read Lindsay's review

Paul got back to me right away on communications, and seemed pretty up front on what he can/can not do. He did not promise the world. Read Blaise's review

They were not only good at delivering what they promised, but they did it efficiently, courteously, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again and have even discussed our next project! Read Carol's review

I have had many experiences them. My first was when Paul oversaw renovation of my building lobby. My experiences have always been extremely positive. They are on budget, on time, and very conscientious and respectful. Every day, Paul and his team carefully clean up after their projects. They also take necessary precautions to protect furniture and belongings before they begin. I am always pleased with the finished products of their work. On one occasion, I had them open up my bathroom wall to reinsulate it. This required removing and replacing a section of tile. You would never know the tile had been removed. Paul has also always been very honest with me when he thinks a project is not worth the expense. I was considering having some new outlets added to a room, and after he investigated my options, he recommended that I use an extension cord instead! Read Melissa's review

I have been the residential real estate manager ... for 4 years and have had the pleasure to do business with them for the last 3 of those. .. He is our "go to" contractor for almost all of the residential renovations we do in our nine buildings under management. Not only are his prices competitive but they manage to finish jobs on schedule even if that means staying late or working weekends to complete jobs. More importantly, I find Palok can work independently. He comes up with solutions to problems or existing conditions without the need for micro-managing, cost overruns, or delays. Lastly, it shouldn't be overlooked that everyone working for them gets along excellently with our tenants, management, and building staff. Read Rico's review

They were hired by me in 2011 to renovate a cooperative property on East 79th Street. The Project included installation of a new kitchen, opening the wall between living room and kitchen, skim coating, plastering, painting, re-finishing floors, replacing closet doors and closet interiors and renovating the bathroom. I am very detail oriented person and Pau was able to meet my expectations. He was easy to communicate with and responsive. In the original plan I was not planning to re-tile bathroom and did not think that my budget could handle it. As we started demolition, I realized that it would be a mistake not to replace tile. Paul was able to give me reasonable estimate fast and still fit it into a projected timeline. I was very pleased with Paul’s honesty and work ethics, he was on the job every day supervising his team. I was pleased with Paul’s workmanship and recommended him to my friends and associates. Read Yelena's review
